Pursuant to the regulations promulgated by the Judicial Conference under 28 U.S.C. § 636(h), and effective March 3, 2020, James D. Moyer and Dave Whalin have been recalled for service as United States Magistrate Judges for the Louisville Division of the Western District of Kentucky.  They are fully authorized to perform the powers and duties of the office of magistrate judge as provided by the Court through January 1, 2021.
