The Joint Local Rules Commission for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky has recommended, and the District Court has today adopted, revisions to LR 83.11 of the Joint Local Rules of Civil Practice.  See Joint General Order No 2024-1.  A redlined version of LR 83.11 may be found here.
