Notice of Court Closure for National Day of Mourning  

The United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in observance of the National Day of Mourning honoring former President James Earl Carter, Jr.  The Court’s Ft. Campbell docket will proceed as scheduled.
