The Court has today entered General Order 21-08, continuing all jury trials and grand jury proceedings through April 30.  We are currently aiming to have grand jury impanelment occur on May 7 in Louisville and May 19 in Bowling Green. 

The Order provides that each judge may, in his or her discretion, determine that the need to conduct a jury trial during this continuance period outweighs the public health concerns articulated therein.  As such, General Order 21-06, which directed the Clerk to create qualified pools of petit jurors for service in each division starting April 5, will remain in place so that we have pools of jurors to draw from if necessary.
