The Court today amended General Order 25-13 (GO 25-13 In Re Civil Cases Involving The USA - Amended) to extend the stay implemented on October 1 to certain civil litigation involving the United States, its agencies, officers, or employees until such time that Congress has restored appropriations to the Department of Justice and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky.
