General Order 2020-10 Extending Certain Statutory Deadlines for Administrative and Civil Judicial Asset Forfeiture Proceedings and Actions

The Court has entered General Order 2020-10 which grants the United States’ request to extend the statutory deadlines by which the government must institute certain forfeiture proceedings for a period of 60 days.
