The New Person Information screen is used to add a new party to the CM-ECF database during docketing.
Enter the party's information in appropriate fields. The District of Oceana captures party address information only for Pro Se litigants to ensure proper notification. Therefore, complete only the Last Name, Role, First Name, Middle Name, Generation, and any appropriate party text. Use your tab key to advance to the next field. Here is what you will need to enter:

Last Name: Wilson
First Name: James
Middle Name: F.
Role: Defendant
Generation: Jr.

Leave all the other fields blank.When you've finished entering the information, CLICK on the Submit button.
