Earlier you asked CM/ECF to search for James Wilson. But what if the individual you represent is not found in the CM/ECF system? In this case, you will have to add your client to the CM/ECF database. Here's how.

Scroll to the bottom of the CM/ECF screen and CLICK on the Create New Party button.
Civil • Criminal • Query • Reports • Utilities • Logout

Associate a party with the case.
Enter at least the first letter of the last name of the Party and press the Search Button.

Select Party whose last name starts with:

     
  Select the party role in this filing: ProSe:

you can not find the Party in the system, click on 'Create New Party'.
