Download these files to your PC prior to training

To be able to participate in our classroom online training class we ask that you download this ZIP file of PDF documents to your PC.

• When prompted for a location to download the file please select your desktop
  
• Once completed right-click the file, you should get an option to extract the contents
  of the zip file. Be default it will attempt to extract to: c:\KYWD\ Please leave this option alone and extract the files here

  If for some reason you cannot extract the ZIP file you may not have the software necessary to do so, if not you can download the files individually to your PC.
  Please create a folder on your C drive called KYWD then inside this folder create
  a new folder called ECF PDF, this is the folder you will save your files to. The full
  path will be: c:\KYWD\ECF PDF\
