The Western District of Kentucky will be upgrading the ECF system to Version 3. To accomplish this upgrade, the ECF system will be unavailable from 7:00 pm Friday August 17 2007, to 8:00 am, Monday August 20, 2007.
Beginning Saturday August 11th Pay.gov will be unavailable from 7:00 am EDT through 5:00 pm EDT.
How will this affect you?
While filing events that require payment you will not receive the Pay.gov screen and will be unable to pay your fee online.
